- We deduct our fees at source when we make payment to you - only when we make payment to you! This means that you only pay us when you are working and not when you are between contracts.
- You submit both timesheet and expenses information online and we will email invoices to your agent/client, which means that we do not have to rely on 'snail mail'.
- We do not charge for processing your expenses

- You can register with us online now and your account will be open and ready for you to use within 24 hours. Your personal Account Manager will contact you within this period. You then have 24/7 online access to your account information.
- Emails will be answered within 4 hours, if sent during normal office hours and the telephone will be answered, by a real person, within 3 rings. We have set-up a Customer Service Charter to ensure all clients receive the same high levels of service.
