Lucy took over the reigns of MD in March 2016, having worked for 4 years as Sales & Marketing Director building a strong, trusted brand and increase loyalty for the business. Lucy worked closely with Lisa Keeble (former MD) for the past 4 years to absorb her experience in the financial services sector and is aiming to push the business forward operating as the most transparent umbrella company in the UK without losing any integrity or service levels that the business has become famous for.

Operations Manager
Dave joined the team two years ago and recently took over the role of Operations Manager. His knowledge of the umbrella industry, along with his legal background and keen eye for numbers, is a key asset in driving the business forward. Dave’s approachable nature ensures he maintains the trust of both our contractors and permanent staff.

Business Development Manager
Rhys is an experienced business development manager within the umbrella sector. He recently spent time travelling around Asia & the south pacific but has now re-joined the CU team. Extensive knowledge and charisma make him a valuable asset to our sales division. If you need to know anything regarding your payroll options, tax situation or general advice regarding the umbrella process, he is always willing to help.

Roger WestlakeRoger Westlake
Compliance Manager
For 40 years, Roger worked as a Tax Inspector at the Inland Revenue. Having spent a considerable part of his life investigating tax evasion, Roger brings his expertise & knowledge to ContractorUmbrella, where he works closely with the staff to ensure they are committed to absolute compliance with all legislation. Roger also runs the "Ask Roger" forum on the website, giving contractors the opportunity to speak to someone in the know without any obligations.


The Employee Liaison Team
We also have a team of dedicated Employee Liaison Officers who deal with agencies and contractors on a daily basis. All of our team have extensive training on all aspects of payroll, including credit control, and payment processing. The programme also ensures that members of the Employee Liaison team have an in-depth understanding of the regulations surrounding umbrella companies and HMR&C legislation, this way we can guarantee you and your contractors the service you deserve.
