Since Lisa took over the reins in 2003, the business has continued to grow from strength to strength. Lisa’s aim for ContractorUmbrella is to become the largest umbrella company in the UK without losing any integrity or service levels that the business has become famous for.

Operations Manager
Paul spent 15 years in frontline of international banking in the City of London, working within operations, risk management & trading before leaving to pursue other business ventures. Having been heavily involved in business & finance all his working life, Paul brings a broad range of skills to his role at Contractor Umbrella, including all legal matters and compliance procedures.

Lucy graduated with a degree in design management & has over 10 years experience of both agency & client side work. Roger Westlake
Compliance Manager
For 40 years, Roger worked as a Tax Inspector at the Inland Revenue. Having spent a considerable part of his life investigating tax evasion, Roger brings his expertise & knowledge to ContractorUmbrella, where he works closely with the staff to ensure they are committed to absolute compliance with all legislation. Roger also runs the “Ask Roger” forum on the website, giving contractors the opportunity to speak to someone in the know without any obligations.

The Account Management Team
We also have a team of dedicated account managers who deal with agencies and contractors on a daily basis. All of our team have extensive training on all aspects of payroll, including credit control, and payment processing. The programme also ensures that members of the account management team have an in-depth understanding of the regulations surrounding umbrella companies and HMR&C legislation, this way we can guarantee you and your contractors the service you deserve.
