Answer:  Chargeable expenses are any costs you have incurred that your agency or client has agreed to reimburse to you.  Those expenses will be invoiced and paid to you in full provided the expense is allowable for tax purposes.

Non-Chargeable expenses are the costs that you have incurred in performing your assignment work and to the extent that they are allowable for tax purposes they will be deducted from your earnings before we calculate income tax payable.
