A recent thread from the ContractorUK forum, requests help from IT contractors to contribute towards the new Kindle cookbook to help raise money for charity.
"Sounding a call to “budding chefs” and “would-be gourmets,” the users of the ContractorUK forum said anyone with easy-to-follow steps for “contractor-style” dishes could submit them for inclusion. Proceeds from the sale of the cookbook, which is due to be put out on Kindle next month, will be donated to a charity dedicated to researching and caring for children with Leukaemia.
All recipes must be your own, not taken from cookbooks. If you have an account on the forum you can submit your recipe to Norrahe or Cliphead via the private messaging system – if you don't have an account just email your entries to recipes@contractoruk.com. The contractors say a picture of your dish would be greatly appreciated.
The deadline for submissions is this Friday (May 31st), so get cooking!"
