Professional job availability is booming across the Midlands, with Birmingham, Nottingham and Leicester creating plenty of opportunities.

Latest findings have revealed that despite the current political turmoil, demand for professionals is on the rise across the Midlands.

The Association of Professionals Staffing Companies’ (APSCo) new data, based on research undertaken by Vacancysoft, shows that demand was up 15% within the Midlands area.

Vacancies rose by 22% in the East Midlands and by 10% in the West Midlands.

Birmingham, Nottingham and Leicester are the areas, in particular, creating these opportunities for professionals.

Julie Selby, Membership Relations Manager at APSCo, commented on the findings, “It is fantastic to see that the region is experiencing high levels of vacancy growth. The ongoing political uncertainty has impacted certain sectors, such as automotive, however, there are many professions still thriving.”
