A new survey has revealed that as many as 77% of tech workers in the UK are dissatisfied at work and have been looking for a new role in the last six months.

The hackajob report, What Do Tech Talent Want in 2023, surveyed over 1,000 technology professionals across the UK.

Just 11% said that they were content to stay in their current job.

Mark Chaffey, CEO and co-founder of hackajob, says, “Thanks to a global pandemic, a shaky economy and multiple layoffs, the report reveals a marked shift in technology industry attitudes towards job satisfaction.
