I am writing to give notice of termination of our agreement for accountancy services. Based on your receipt of this letter, the contract will terminate on *****

I expect you to complete services already paid for in connection with preparation, finalisation and filing of company accounts for the year ending ****** – delete if accounts are up to date and completed.

I shall terminate the direct debit mandate.
