A new survey shows that due to concerns around rising energy bills, many younger workers are calling for more support from their employers.
As many as 67% of younger employees aged between 18-34 say that the cost of living crisis has meant that benefit packages are becoming increasingly more important when looking for a job. In fact, 56% admitted they would leave their current role if another company offered a better package.
Matt Russell, CEO of Zest, said, “The latest spike in bills will pile more pressure on household finances – employers have a vital role to play in offering the enhanced financial support to their employees.
