As many as 66% of UK businesses are feeling ‘somewhat to more’ confident about their growth prospects over the next 12 months compared to the previous year.

And, according to the Robert Half report, the findings show that there has never been a better time to secure a new role.

Robert Half’s 2022 Salary Guide, which looks at projected salary ranges, benefits and hiring trends, found that demand is particularly high for those with hybrid skill sets, as well as digital skills that will help businesses to keep up with the pace of transformation and automation.
